MEET THE DOCTORS!

Dr. Jonathan Schaier

Dr. Jonathan R. Schaier is a graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and has been in private practice in Chesapeake Virginia since 1992. He is a frequent guest lecturer and author of the book "How To Beat Pain And Chronic Inflammation". His philosophy of "less is more" and his and his staff's gentle , non-invasive approach has earned the office the Virginia Pilots "Best Of" award for 11 consecutive years since 2007. He is married and lives with his wife and son in Virginia Beach.

 Dr. Ed Hayden

Dr. Ed Hayden,DPT, CMSAT is a graduate of ODU's Doctor of Physical Therapy program and holds a BS in Psychology and Counseling. He has been practicing physical therapy for 10 years and uses a comprehensive holistic approach to identify and correct the underlying cause of your condition and symptoms.He specializes in treating athletes, orthopedic injuries, and those looking to maintain or optimize their fitness and wellness. Ed is an avid runner and cyclist and is passionate about healing the body with nutrition.

Dr. Josh Kramarenko 

Dr. Kramarenko earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2013 from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017 from New York Chiropractic College, where he was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society. He has completed additional certifications in kinesiology, myofascial techniques, activator techniques and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Kramarenko now resides in Hampton Roads where he enjoys the beach and helping those in our community enjoy a more happy, healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Meghan Austin

Dr Austin earned her Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Louisiana Tech University in 2017. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas Texas in 2022.  She is experienced in Personal Training and Athletic Coaching specifically in swimming and weight lifting. Dr.Austin believes that a holistic approach is important for every patient so that she can treat the cause of the issue and not just treat the symptom. She and her husband moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks on the beach with their pups and exploring local coffee shops and farmers markets.
